Transit Officers ensure that customers are safe when using the train network. Their duties involve travelling on the trains in a revenue protection capacity, patrolling carparks and law enforcement.

Transit Officers help passengers navigate the train network and help them get to where they need to go. Transit Officers need to be alert with communication being one of their greatest tools.
